Scope and Contents
The Thompson scrapbook (MC 87) ranges from 1871 to 1876, when he was a student at Rensselaer. He collected various newspaper clippings about campus news and events, dance cards and tickets to soirees, commencement programs, as well as invitations to different events held on campus and in the city of Troy.
