Item
Identifier: 2024-20
Content Description
This review was prepared for John G. Waite Associates Architects, PLLC, acting on behalf of the Friends of Prospect Park (Prospect Park Foundation, Inc.) by Walter Wheeler of Hartgen Archeological Associates in May 2002. The literature review was done in anticipation of the building's relocation back to its original site on Congress Street near the entrance to Prospect Park, formerly the Warren Estate, on Mt. Ida. The gate house had been moved to College Avenue circa 1904 when the estate was converted to a public park.
