This collection contains a bound copy of Knowles' Master's thesis from 1929, titled, "The Synthesis of Some Substituted Phenylacetonitrile Derivatives." Also included in this collection are patent materials for aerosol foam, a bibliography of Knowles' publications, 1950's Texaco Tattler newsletters from Beacon, NY, and a slide rule in a leather case.
