Content Description
This small collection contains two letters, signed by Sir Joseph Banks, President of the Royal Society. The first letter, c. 1814, is addressed to "My Dear Lord," and Banks writes about the winter and the cold nights he's experiencing in Sidmouth and Brighton. The second letter, written by Banks and addressed to Mr. Fazakerley, tells Mr. Fazakerley that Banks has received Don Francisco Flores Mareno's essay on the Yellow Fever, which Mr. Fazakerley brought to him.
