Scope and Contents
This collection (MC 52) consists of correspondence, newsletters, pamphlets, broadsides, and related materials concerning a variety of political and campus-wide issues. Topics include anti-Viet Nam war and peace activism; environmental conservation; women’s liberation; Black power; grievances against the Rensselaer administration; departmental and faculty issues; academic freedom; campus strikes, sit-ins, and demonstrations; and other events and activities which took place at RPI during the late 1960s and early 1970s.
