Ricketts administrative records consist of subject files relating to R.P.I.'s President's Office, a substantial number of which deal with campus expansion through the construction of numerous buildings. Also included in the Administrative papers is a letterpress book with two pieces or correspondence, one concerning promtotional advertising for R.P.I., and one concerning ordering periodicals or the school. Three notebooks are also included in this series: a ledger book (1902-1908) lists purchases of equipment and supplies and costs per item; Ricketts' diary shows daily appointments (1882); and a ledger book lsiting students and amounts of accoutns (1860-1932). Also, the subscription cards for the Troy Building Fund (1923) are in this series.
