Scope and Contents
This collection (MC 77) consists of organizational documents, correspondence, minutes, stockholders' records, trademarks, agreements, contracts, leases, deeds, accounts and other financial records, purchasing and receiving records, inventories, production and employee records, analysis and experiment books, sales and shipping records, legal materials concerning patent and trademark litigations, scrapbooks, press releases, company history, and other records. Includes records of H.M. Anthony Company, New York, N.Y., agent for Rumford grocery products (1872-1930); Wilson Ring Company and estate papers of company founder George F. Wilson including papers Newton D. Arnold, and other trustees; and letter copybooks of N.D. Arnold, treasurer and general manager. Persons represented include Charles A. Catlin, Albert E. Marshall, Count Benjamin Thompson Rumford Cornelius Sweetland, Ellery Holbrook Wilson, and members of the Arnold, Horsford, and Wilson families.
