Biographical Statement
Shortly after graduating from RPI, Angell worked for the U.S Army Engineering Corps in Albany, New York, purportedly as an inspector. In 1916 he went to work for E.W. Bliss Company as a Metallurigical Engineer in Brooklyn, New York.
